All,
Just a quick note to pass along the latest news on the Naboo Fighter ship date.
Unfortanetly, due to some delays with external sourcing of the chrome
elements, the set will be delayed until October. As soon as I know more
about the actual ship date, I will let you know.
My understanding, however, is that we will continue to take pre-orders
until then.

Jake,
I do not know if this will help any, but I know where LEGO Company can get some
chrome spray paint. I just bought some at Wal-Mart. I could come over to Lego
Direct in New York or Lego Fulfillment in Enfield with a few hundred cans if
you would supply the face masks. It would give me the chance to get a tour of
the facilities.
The back of the paint can says to use in well ventilated spaces and allow 24
hours drying time. If you have plenty of tables, we could knock off a few
thousand parts in a couple of days.

You guys might end up with less dissatisfied customers if they know ahead of
time about the additional delay.
