I doubt this is it- but on Lego's games part,

it has 'KIDS ONLY Like games? Take the survey!' as one of the buttons. It
directs you to the general opinion part, in which games are a categorie. I
wonder why kids only?
I doubt this is actually a problem- but having a non-adult account, I can't
test my theory.

I was having this problem...I re-registered and the problem went away
(although now I have two logins). My guess is there are some accounts in the
system that are corrupted or missing certain data and therefore trigger the
resulting error (probably when the system tries to either read or write a
particular bit of data from a cookie).
