(...) Look a little closer - those two pictures are not the same set. Count the studs on the circular road plate, between the bottom-right-hand corner of the circle area and the 2-stud wide green plate across the end. 5 studs on one (with the light (...) (...) Correction - that's 5 studs on the original, with the light on the fourth stud. In the new one it's a gap of 4 studs, with the light on the third stud. The one with the aircraft visible has 7-stud verges either side of the runway; the new one (...) (20 years ago, 13-Sep-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego)

(...) Okay, I've now received the new Shop@Home catalogue, and it allays some of my concerns, though it's still not quite cheesey peas all round. The picture in the catalogue (and this is the one Huw scanned originally), does appear to show the new (...) (20 years ago, 15-Sep-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego)
