That text just sounds too targetted at the well known desires of AFOLs.
I'm voting for fake. It's just about 2 months late for it though...
If not, my guess is that it might be the next MOC release.

| (...) This paper is an information leaflet that has been given to resellers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As at least one reseller has offered this product for pre-order (thus giving us the price and availability, too), I'd say this is (...) (20 years ago, 26-May-04, to lugnet.general)
