I was just browsing shop.lego.com and one of the
"related items" that came up was... Brown Tiles!

http://shop.lego.com/product.asp?prod_id=10046

Cool!

I'd also like to see this assortment in gray, black and green.

Looks like there's a buncha new stuff up.  Black roof slopes, arch kit, a
menu choice for grey plates (but no grey plates yet...)

And watch out for the 1x2 clear brick pak.

Chris "to lazy to put links in his post" Giddens <><

P.S.  When does the classic space symbol elements bulk pak come out?????

I've looked for the "clear bricks" up, down, and sideways!  But I can't find
them!  Can you post a set # or a direct link please?

Thanks!  They're not yet available on the Australian S@H site it would seem,
because they come up, but list as "not available" - I do hope, though, that
they will be availabe in the very near future!!  ;-)

It would also seem that the category listings logically wouldn't show them,
because they're not in the available list yet.  Which is why I didn't find
them while browsing the Acessories and Bricks section!

This one has been available for a few weeks and has a great selection,
though you need to buy several packs to get enough of the sparser ones.

And and unbelievable black slope brick assortment:
http://shop.lego.com/product.asp?prod_id=10053

The pic for this is weird. It shows a slope 45 inverted 2x2 and describes it
as "2x2 25 degree ridged tile". The "2x4 25 degree ridged tile" in the same
pack is a 2x4 low slope roof peak, so I would have expected a piece with the
other description to be a 2x2 peak also. Has anyone bought this pack yet who
can tell us which this piece is? Lego doesn't have a good record on matching
the right picture to the item :-(

10053 is the low slope corners and peaks, 10055 is 3x3 and 1x3 low slopes
(both showing as Available Now in Canada) and 10054 is the 2x3 and 4x3 low
slopes pack, unfortunately not yet available. Yummy low slope roofs!

I just wish we could get the regular slope corners and such too, but they
and the black 45 roof peaks have gone away :-(

[ ... snipped ... ]

There are three new bulk packs that together offer a great selection of low
slopes in black, particularly the corner slopes.

The inclusion of the 2x2 inverse slope in 10053 is odd, the missing 2x2 low
slope apex probably would make more sense.  I wish the ratio of 2x3 slopes
(44) to 3x4 slopes (24) in 10054 was heaver on the 3x4 slopes but that is a
minor nit.  I am happy to see these three options available and the S@H team
is probably sick of me calling them every few days to see if I could order
them yet.

I have a project that needed a bunch of 3x4 black low slopes - fortunately
Cary Clark loaned me some so I could finish it.  My cart is teed up waiting
for 10054 to make an appearance before I hit the "complete order" button!

10053 and 10055 are available now, I would expect 10054 would be available
soon.

Did this have 2x2 inverse medium slopes when
it was first posted?  I'm trying to find them
and I don't see them anywhere now :(

It had the inverse slopes incorrectly shown in the picture, Jake had it
corrected after people noted it here on Lugnet.
