| | A Meijer's near me has finally brought out their stock of the "chrome" Knight's Kingdom sets, including 4819 with the chrome teardrop shield. I picked up three, and all had two problems. First, they actually contained the instructions to 4818, (...) (24 years ago, 30-Oct-00, to lugnet.castle)

Meanwhile, I've called Consumer Affairs (US), and the answer is that their "test" model there has the same marking pattern, so apparently it's intentional.
