After 43 replies to the survey (one or two via email) and many wisecracks
about the male question... finally, the wait is over - results are in.
The questions were:
1. Do you have 375, the Yellow Castle?
2. Are you a male?
3. Are you over 18?
4. What is the last castle set you paid over $50 for?
5. What's the castle set you paid the most for (ever)?
6. Do you have a webpage of your castle creations?
7. What is your favorite castle set ever?
The results:
1. 27% of lugnet.castle readers have 375, the Yellow Castle. 73% don't.
2. 89% of the lugnet.castle population are males.
3. 89% of the lugnet.castle population are over 18 y/o.
4. 6091 - 10 people; 6090 -8 people; 6097 - 4; 6093 - 3; 6067 - 2; 375, 6076,
6077, 7161, 9376 - 1 each; Never paid over 50$ for a castle set - 11; can't
remember - 2 people.
5. 6090 - 18 people; 6067 - 4 people; 6093 - 4 people; 6091, 6079 - 2 each;
6076, 9376, 6769, 4806, 6082, 6097, 375, 6040, 6056, 6031, 6077, 6086 - 1
each; don't know/can't remember - 3 people.
6. 41% of the lugnet.castle readers have a webpage.

the sets that ranked more than once.)

OK, I'm not the only female or only one under 18... But I'm the only one who's
both.

6091 definitely led, but not by so much. Lots of people never paid over 50$
for a set... I didn't even think of that :-)

I don't know the first thing about lugnet.castle, I do know however, that
Jennifer, my wife, does read it, and has quite a few castles :)

Well, these were my estimates on what the results will be. They were

At the time I didn't know any other female castle'ers. Now I do know some, too

it's a bit weird when the 2nd or 3rd question is "are you male" it was more
sounding like a dating survey than anything lego or castley :) I'll find the
survey and respond in a bit :)
