New Part : 973p74 - Minifig Torso with Vest with Patch Pockets Pattern and Police Logo  [DAT]

Based on the green version with just the pockets here is the police version. Now I've got the logo figured, watch this space for the other two police torsos from this era. As usual all comments welcome. Chris 0 Minifig Torso with Vest with Patch (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: 41879, "Minifig Hips-&-Legs Short"

(...) Sorry - I hope you hadn't already started. I nearly didn't bother, on the basis that it was such an easy new part, it must had been done by now. Then I realised that the ends of the quarter round needed to be angled - 1-4cyls primitives - ugh (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: New Part: 973P73 - Minifig Torso with Vest with Patch Pockets pattern

(...) Actually on checking, the neck mark on mine (and the peeron photo) is silver. I've made a new subfile (s/973s00) for use in these cases. I'll post to the Parts Tracker like this. Chris (22 years ago, 25-May-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Work-in-progress improved minifig arm

(...) Thanks (and thanks to others who commented, too), I'll continue with the more difficult sections. The new arm part is orientated with its axis of rotation at y=0, z=0, so to test in different positions you'll need to rotate the new part about (...)   Re: New Part: x727 - Trailer 4 x 16 Ramp

(...) IIRC, part of what I did to these was to add the type 2 line inside the thin pattern rectangles and subjugate the pattern to subfile. These are techniques that proboably did not exist when you made the original part, so there is absolutely no (...) (23 years ago, 28-Apr-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: New Part - 2587 Knights Armor

(...) I tried this with real parts and find that there is a conflict in real life. If I put the head on the torso+armour first then add the helmet then the chin strap does not go as far below the grin as when I put the helmet on the head alone. If I (...) (...) I have just posted 44302 to the parts tracker (URL) was the easiest of the pair of hinges as it can use the existing clh4 primitive. The single finger part (44301) requires a new truncated primitive. Chris (21 years ago, 21-Jun-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: new part: horse

(...) I'd appreciate that. Also, some of the parts could be a lot smaller if the trailing decomal zeroes (e.g. ".000") were compressed out. LDAO has a useful tool for this. Chris (23 years ago, 1-Dec-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: New Part - Panel 1 x 4 x 3 with Recycling Pattern

My children won a Lego Racer at a recent Christmas Fayre, and I could help LDraw the nose part. Available in bulk, I think this could be a great architectural part.
