5 months in the making, LDraw Design Pad 1.5 is finally released.
A installer for new users and an update for users of 1.5b can be found here:

LDDesignPad (LDDP) is a tool for editing and handling LDraw files
in a very comfortable way.
Features are:
-Fully customizable editor with syntax highlighting
-Open multiple files at the same time
-Unlimited Undo/Redo
-Use/define codesnippets
-Editing features like Inlining of parts, commenting etc.
-Seamless integration of L3P error check of parts at a button click
-Integration of ML-Cad and LD-View or any external program
-Plugin-Support!!!! Expand LDDesignPad with your own plugins in
C++ or Delphi. Code samples / example plugins are included.
Special thanks to Willy Tschager for all his helpful feedback on the beta
version.

I get an error saying "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy
of the program." when I try to install the downloaded LDDesignPad150.exe

That's strange, I just downloaded the file and it installed fine.

(the broken file had a size of 1134 KB the working one 2793 KB).

Having used version 1.5 for a couple of days now, I noticed a few things:
* Find does not work.
* Ctrl + arrowskeys ignores spaces between values
(while it was so useful to jump through the numbers....)
And a few minor things:
* Find and Replace dialogs have no title
* Some hints (at statusbar when mouse hovers over menu selections)
are blanc or german.
* Menu items and title bars have different captions
(e.g. Replace color vs. Change color)
* Missing a list of open windows in the Window menu.
Overall, I like the new features in version 1.5!
Oh yes, I have updated my plugins (Wheel Generator, Track Generator and Bracelet
Generator) to use LDraw.Ini, and be compatible with LDDP 1.5.

Hi Niels,
I will take a look at it this week since i am on vacation.
Thank you for your feedback.
I have been away from the LDraw community for some time since I am moving at
the moment and having a lot of real life stress and I guess I will survive
it ;-).
But i hope i will be more present in the near future again.
