Hey, I like that. Hrm, actually I don’t, because I don’t like drugs. But its’ well built.

Thanks

The futon (? the couch, divan, anyway) looks great

No idea what the Chinese word for those things is.

, and the chinese topknot is very convincing.

The topknot and queue was a nightmare to balance but I was so happy with how it looked I took the time (twice actually since the first time had a mistake).

It seems like you knew what you were doing here. (In respect of the figs and the furniture, not in respect of the opium, so I hope :-) ) Bye

I did some research and managed to find various lythographs (I think that is the name for them) of opium dens. I worked mainly from the London one but also a bit from Paris and NY. My first-hand experience in Victorian era opium dens is somewhat limited and I’m not sure the modern shooting galleries quite match the ambience ;)

Hehehehe. I’d not seen this one before. Those leaves really are quite similar...

Looks like a kang (a hollow bed heated via an external fire (similar concept to a hypocaust))

I reorganized my BrickShelf folders. But you can’t edit yout Lugnet posts, so unfortunately the old links are and will remain broken. However, this still applies: “I have never and I will never smoke anything. And I have never and I will never entice anybody to smoke anything.”

Aha! Interesting.
