Wow, there must be something in the air. I just built a vignette, and heres a
place to post it.
Ive been recently inspired by Nelson, Adrian and
Mitch, and now I see that there is
much more here to be inspired by.
So, I offer you my first completed vignette, titled Jumper.
I think I have the hang of the selective compression thing, coupled with
selective expansion... Oh, and the image is a stereo-opticon style image, so you
can get a sense of depth. Check the MOC
page for more pics and lame captions...

| Hey Prof, I really like this, especially the extreme height-to-base-size ratio. I believe this is the first new MOC in .build.vignette, as the other posts are all recapping creations previously posted in other groups. Congratulations on breaking the (...) | Thanks Bruce and Nelson. I just discovered that I had mis-remembered (and misspelled) the term; The device I was thinking of is a stereoscope, not a stereopticon. Stereoscopic images are an old means of depicting a scene. There used to be film (...) (20 years ago, 11-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)
