I was revisiting a house project of mine lately, and found that I had used an interesting building technique for a clothes hanger:

Surely this can’t be a new technique. But has it been sufficiently recognized, categorized and named? Otherwise I suggest the designation “raeynop” (or “raEynoP”) technique, as it can be seen as sort of a “reverse pony ear” technique.

It seems to me that it’s actually a better, less strained fit than normal pony ear is. But I haven’t done any extensive testing to confirm that impression.

Regards

/Martin
