(...) display on the top. I also like your two main cannons; it never ceases to amaze me how you continuously come up with new gun designs that work so well. I notice that the color scheme is similar to Dilur. Does this mean you took Dilur apart? (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform —Mladen Pejic
(...) Thanks Chris! The cockpit was the last and most headache-inducing thing I built... The guns were just made to be really long and smooth. (...) Of course! I break up all my models once I take pictures and LDraw them. ;-) (...) Great to hear (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform —Chris Maddison
(...) good; nice scheme. The body of this one is awesome, especially the cockpit. I like the upside-down construction of the cockpit, and the placement of the displays. I can't get into the legs for some reason...I think it's because the reverse (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform —Mladen Pejic
(...) Thanks. (...) Yup, it was fun to build it like that. (...) Actually, out of the three mobile platforms that I have built this is the stablest one. Even on slick surfaces it remains sturdy. Anyways, I like it, and chose the design due to its (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform —Chris Maddison
<snip> (...) <snip> Yeah, I guess that does make sense..the weight's supported closer to the center, yes? Now that I see the functionality of it, it's starting to make good sense. And the red fins do give it some flare. -Chris (22 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform —Mladen Pejic
(...) and (...) No. The only reason why it stands is because of the fins. Also, since the upper legs face straight out, it allow the missiles located in each one of them to launch more easily. (...) Mladen Pejic, over and out! (URL) (22 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform —Joel Kuester
(...) Did, very much... As usual the detail and building is top notch, but I have to say that the shape of this one really looks awesome. I especially dig the head and the cannons. The detail on the back is great too, I like the functional style it (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Thanks. Yes, this mobile platform (and the other two: [1] MAP & [2] MSP) were greatly inspired by the tank seen at the end Masumane Shirow's _Appleseed_ anime.      (...) Thanks Adrian! I tryed to use less (way less) greebles on this mecha, than on the MSP.
