Hello all,
I'd been meaning to rebuild the Ursine cub for quite a while, but I had been too
busy. Well, last week the building bug hit with a vengence. So powerful was the
urge that I was up until 2:30 am on a worknight (I get up at 5:30 am for work
Btw). Nuff said there, now to the mecha happiness that is the Ursine cub 2
The body really didn't get too many changes to it. A few pieces added and a
different color scheme.
The arms and legs were completely redesigned as well as the shield.
Also, a hand-held autocannon was added in the improved left hand.
Here's the Ursine cub:

And here's the Ursine cub II:

The new cub has a wrap around shield unlike the old that had a flat shield.
It's weapon load out is as follows:
1 extended range particle cannon
2-6 rack short range homing missiles
1 light autocannon

Enjoy, and please let me know what you think!

I love the sand blue accented with dark blue, I've never (...) (19 years ago, 24-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| This screams battletech. Not mechwarrior, with a name liek Ursine cub II, you're too good for mechwarrior. Battletech baby. The design reminds me a lot of the LOM robots. Did you use that for a design base? (no problem with that, I'm just curious) I (...) (19 years ago, 30-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)
