    Kogeru —Mark Neumann
(URL) PicLink will work when BS folder is moderated. A few deep links below. Ladies and gents, this is Kogeru. I'm afraid the mech doesn't picture that well, IMO, and so I'm afraid you're going to have to take my word for it that it looks better in (...)         Re: Kogeru —Dave Johann
BIG, Klunky, very imposing. Did I miss anything, Mark? Oh, yeah...fins remind me of an early Mladen creation. Not sure how I feel about the colorscheme...I'm not fond of yellow non-construction mechs in general, so I'll admit to my bias there. I (...) (19 years ago, 18-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

         Re: Kogeru —Mark Neumann
(...) yep, Kogeru will steal your lunch money with ease. Now hand it over. (...) Thanks Dave. I'm thinking that is the photography thing. It's sneaky in that respect. People either seem to think it is bigger or smaller than it actually is. Mark (19 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: Kogeru —Marco Tagliaferri
(...) Hi Mark, I'm afraid it looks better in person! It looks great on the pics. When I first glanced on it I thought it's about Shogun size. I'm impressed how you managed to get Kogeru look that massive. I also like the colour scheme. I haven't (...) (19 years ago, 18-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

         Re: Kogeru —Mark Neumann
(...) If I start stipping off armor I can get Kogeru into one footed walking poses. But unfortunately it's just a bit too much. (...) Thanks but they are the heads. Not the torsos. (...) Hmmm, there's really not an undressed frame per se. I just (...) (19 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Kogeru (leg framework) —Mark Neumann
(...) I'm working on another mech, (the leg structure I used in Kogeru worked so well that I wanted to do another one) and paused to take pics of the leg frame work. Note that the rest of the model is mostly brickwork, this is about all the frame (...) (19 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Kogeru (leg framework) —Marco Tagliaferri
(...) Mark thank you for those pics. I think it's not only me who will learn a lot by examine this leg frame in detail. Yesterday I browsed .space for the first time. They have a design topic there. I thought of doing something similar for .mecha. I (...) (19 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Tips and Tricks, was Re: Kogeru (leg framework) —Mark Neumann
(...) No problem man. That's why I put them there, so people could see them, copy them and build mecha. Hear that!!!! I want you people to copy it. Go to town folks. (...) I think it's a great idea. We've got (URL) the Resources> page. (...) (19 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Tips and Tricks, was Re: Kogeru (leg framework) —Dave Johann
LOL!!! You beat me by a split second on this one. (19 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Kogeru (leg framework) —Dave Johann
(...) Excellent job, Mark! Those need to be added to the </build/mecha/resources (URL) section. Marco, are you familiar with that section of the site? It's set up for builders of all calibers to get inspiration from. -Dave (19 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Building Tips (was Re: Kogeru (leg framework)) —Marco Tagliaferri
(...) Hello Dave, yes I know the </build/mecha/resources (URL) section. I browsed it now and then. But when I was really new to mecha building (more then a year ago) the links didn't help me that good. I'd like to have some kind of pictured (...)         Re: Kogeru —Keith Goldman
Doesn't photograph well, huh? They say the camera adds 10lbs, so maybe he's actually sort of anorexic looking? With the exception of the tan dog-robot heads for fingers I dig the color scheme. I don't know how well it would work as urban camouflage, (...) (19 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

         Re: Kogeru —Mark Neumann
(...) <snif> You guessed. Kogeru is now enrolled in a brick 12 step program. (...) DAMN! I knew I missed something. (...) Thanks man, for the post and the phone # for brick anorexics anonymous. Mark (19 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: Kogeru —Bryce McGlone
(...) I like the bulkiness. It looks a bit lumbering but isn't that the "big and mean" standard? Also like the slope usage on the front. And for some damn reason I just love the blood red/yellow combo! So shoot me but I'm really diggin it! Wierd (...) (19 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

         Re: Kogeru —Mark Neumann
(...) They are funky, I can't quite get over how much the curves of the tops of the heads look like knuckles. But it takes some imagination. (...) Cool, I appreciate it Bryce. Thanks! Mark (19 years ago, 20-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

        Re: Kogeru —Christopher Snead
(...) Kind of looks like a dwarf version of your mechs; shorter but bulkier, with really strong muscles. It looks like it could be designed for use on a planet with strong gravity, like two or three G's. The yellow and dark red is an interesting (...)
