Re: News Item from Fox News - Lego-Style Islamic Terrorist Figurine Sparks Outrage (Brickarms)

(...) I just want to know one thing. Where's the beard? I mean, seriously, where's this beard they're talking about? It sounds like the minifig is being identified as a Muslim terrorist on the basis that he's got a beard, but I don't see one (...) (16 years ago, 5-Dec-08, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

Re: Lego called Racist - "Boycott Legos [sic]"

(...) The column has some good points. Too bad it suffers from lazy journalism. Like describing traditional minifigs as "aryan yellow". Aryan. Yellow. Yeah, right. And the columnist missed out on some other good discussion points: 1. Lego has (...) (19 years ago, 25-Jan-05, to lugnet.mediawatch, FTX)

My Living Room Classic Space layout - Using LifeLites

I 'finished' (is it ever done?) lighting up my Classic Space Layout and decided to set it up in my living room.
