(...) I was in a Toys R Us in upstate New York State yesterday (28 Nov 2003) and I saw several copies of the new designer sets 4406 "Houses" and 4408 "Animals". The Houses set is quite large and priced about the same as the 4101 Wild Collection (...) (21 years ago, 29-Nov-03, to lugnet.year.2004)

Hi Daniel, (...) The large ship (set 7075) contains a big element (as big as a BURP) which has one or two windows in it. But it's not to tell from the picture whether this window is an extra piece or not. BTW: I would estimate the large hull (...) (21 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.year.2004, lugnet.pirates)

I'm pretty sure it says they are Creator or Jack Stone figures, but with regular LEGO system pieces. I didn't like the sound of this at first, but then I was thinking about two things that Pirate fans would like: Bigger boats and bigger hulls. The (...) (21 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.year.2004)

There's some discussion about 2004 sets here: (URL) ran it through Babelfish.altavista.com and was dismayed that the author appears to indicate that the new Pirate sets will have Creator-style figures (Jack-Stone-like scale and design). Can someone (...) (21 years ago, 20-Nov-03, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.year.2004)
