(...) Those "crazy curved pieces" are mateable with the new slope system, and what's better, they include *half canopy* slopes--I just wish they were in greys, not blue and green. Hmmm, am I alone in thinking that there are some really great new sets coming out this year? I just spent a little while checking out Jengo Fett's Slave I on at (URL) and I'm really impressed! Perfect canopy! (albeit a POOP, but here it's (...) (24 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.year.2002)

Cool...I hadn't even noticed this until you posted...the motor type is indicated by the stick shift graphic attached to the words "PULL BACK MOTOR" on the Racers boxes...I went out shopping and just caught on. I'm really enjoying the 2002 Racers series. Cheap fun! And there are actually six different types of pull-back motors, each with different torque & acceleration characteristics.
