| I don't really mind what the models are, as long as they include lots of "standard" technic pieces. The latest sets seem to be heading away from the good, useful, mechanical stuff, and heading more towards looks - I just want more technic beams! (...) | Ok, its not for another year or so. But in 2002 its the 25th Birthday for the Technic Series What do you like to see or any preditions on the sets for its birthday? | In the year 2002, Lego will offer custom order sets. In theory, this would allow one to recreate, say, BT1. Or, redo Lego sets that are considered to need work. I, for one look forward to it. (25 years ago, 26-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2002, lugnet.space, lugnet.general)
