Wow, I just picked up my first Life on Mars set, #7311 Red Planet Cruiser. Pretty cool. But what is up with that bizarre gray-green color? Does that have a name, or what? Steve "gdr" Bliss (24 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

(...) I don't know if it has an official name yet, but If you really can't wait, you can mix two colors in LDraw to make a new color. This often doesn't return great results, but it's worth a try. The formula for mixed colors is: M = 256 + A * 16 + (...) (24 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

(...) IIRC, someone posted a message saying that LegoCo officially calls this new color "Sand Green". IIRC, this new color is also the color of the big Statue of Liberty set. Franklin (24 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001)
