Hey! Haven't seen you around these parts in a bit, John. I imagine school's
opening movements have kept you busy.
Thanks for the kudos on the coach...surprisingly it wasn't an easy one, nor
particularily enjoyable near the end due to the several rebuilds. But in the
end, I think it's passable.
As for the the photography, I couldn't agree more.....especially in this case. A
couple reasons for less than stellar shots. First, my camera is not the best.
The light apatrure is has extreme tunnel vision...finding that sweet spot
between overexposure and shadowland is a tough one. Second is the quality of
the images. I am desperately low on webspace, so the quality of the images is
optimized at medium, taken at a lower resolution to start with. Again, that
washes out the light tones against the background.
Oh...and I stink at it too. ;)
Practice, practice, practice.
