KayBee Toys seems to be a good source of older sets (97 and newer) at least
here in central Ohio for older sets.
Last week they had a clearance sale - I was able to get a complete 6765 Gold
City Junction for $20. The box was pretty worn and the seals were broken but
all the pieces were there.
Beyond that I dunno.. eBay, perhaps..?
