The layout features ballasted track, DCC operation, trains running between
differing elevations, tunnels, bridges, city and town buildings, and much more.

FRRD is held at the Fullerton Railroad Station at 120 East Santa Fe Street in
Fullerton California. For a total railroad experience, visitors can travel
directly to and from the event via AMTRAK from cities across Southern
California including San Diego, Oceanside, Irvine, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Los
Angeles and many more!
