SCLTC is up and running at the San Diego Model Railroad Museum in Balboa
Park! Fifteen members set up shop on Sunday, November 9 and manned our
opening day on Tuesday, November 11.
Pictures are online at
the SCLTC website.
Here are some samples from the gallery:
(all links point to the gallery, not individual pictures)
(if the FTX gets in your way, go to www.scltc.org/pages/galleries/events.asp)
If you are in the area, come on down and check us out! We will be in the
museum until January 31, 2004. The museum is open every day except Mondays
and a few holidays.
Check our website during the show for more pictures and information, and
possibly some new features like a webcam or panorama shot!

Wow!
It looks awesome, a very nice job.
I like the main boulevard, theres so much going on at once. I really like the
red zone and white zone designations on the side of the road. It reminds me of
the opening scene of the movie Airplane!
I like the line outside the pirate restaurant, some hilarious things happening
there. I recognize a lot from old shows, and a lot of things seem new. The
hotel and bridge over the bay are both magnificent works of architecture.
I do have a question about the train that runs up and down the boulevard. Is it
automated, or does someone manually change its direction every few seconds?
And, do the elevators of the Crystal Towers Hotel operate?
Once again, great job guys! I only wish I could see it in person.
