Steve's around. He posts to the train group periodically. I just did a
search and his most recent post is from a couple of weeks ago:

You can get his email address there.
I believe that he is on vacation this week, which is why he probably won't
respond himself for a bit.
Also, he as recently changed email addresses (recently being within the last
six months or so :) and probably forgot to update the webmaster link on the
PNLTC page.
But Steve's still around and active.
