I tried to order some LEGO stuff (World Cup promo sets) a long time ago.
They wouldn't ship to the US but would ship to our office in Sweden (where I
go periodically). After a while and sending numerous e-mails and not
getting any response, I finally got a return message stating that none of
the sets I was interested were in stock and their web page was way out of
date. YMMV.
