   Well, I will probably get Flamed over this but, oh well. I finally got my catalog yesterday and read the Train contest.      Most of the time a company will run a contest to gauge or spark interest in a product. I seriously doubt that they are trying to “steal” designs.    (...) If LEGO was looking to slurp designs, they wouldn't run a contest for single cars. They'd go for entire trains. TLC put in the verbiage about assigning copyright, so they wouldn't have any entanglements over (a) using the winning entry in (...) (24 years ago, 8-Jan-01, to lugnet.trains)
