Now you mention it, it does remind me of train on a Tiny Toons video game.
The motor is a #107 http://guide.lugnet.com/set/107_1
(I recently picked it up for US$7, complete & in new condition [no box])
I originally used the plug in train wheels but it was only 6 wide with tiny
wheels & looked ridiculous.
The only way to make it 8 wide was to use the single axle hole & a couple of
technic beams at the front.
The only wheels that I could use where those big brown round bricks (from a
Bull Knights Chariot).
