In general I prefer simpler parts as well, but I have to admit that I find the
6x6 dual-low-slope roof caps to be very useful for train construction. They
add quite a bit of sturdiness to cars with sliding doors, for example.

Although as I've opined before, I feel almost all double slope parts are evil, they all should be paired 1/2 parts instead so we can use them as we will. There are a lot of (...)
