Thanks to everyone for their comments regarding my explanation of how to
implement DCC into LEGO trains.

Based on the comments received, I have updated the instructions and
highlighted the changes to the text in RED. These changes include:
- small editorial and technical corrections
- the addition of a Table of Contents
- the addition of a Part List with source and price
- over 50 new pictures on decoder installation
