Finally got it working! I just finished a working container crane. It uses a nxt, three motors, a light sensor and a electromagnet. (...) You are almost correct. The intermediate, non-9V train system is called "(URL) Hobby Trains>" on the LEGO Factory website. Jordan - thanks for your reply. For some reason I thought the trains that were proposed for 2009 (based on the new power functions) were referred to as "Hobby Train". I am familiar with the set that was released with that same name. So anyone else (...) (16 years ago, 9-Oct-08, to lugnet.trains)

Thought I'd post this up as dont see many U.K steamers on here. It was originally built for a forthcoming show, and was intended to be the "Evening Star", but lack of availability for many of the parts in dark green has led to it being built in (...)
