You will find a lot of wires because I used 4 RCXs to control 3 segment tracks,
3 switch points and monitor  7 light sensors.
How can I hide those wires so that this tarin layout can be looked clear.

Thanks for your suggestion or idea.

Your extensive use of wiring requires that you raise you layout off of the baseplates.  Using large bricks (4 x 16) or building a surface of 2 x 4 or similar bricks and raise your track by one brick level would allow for small conduits where you can run the wire out of site.   You can minimize the number of bricks by placing bricks only were needed and enough to provide support to the track on the baseplates. You can accomplish this by building a frame for the baseplates, similar to the floor in a house. To run the wiring up to the track, you can use the modified 1 x 2 with groove brick,(http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4216). This will work for single wires in a tight space and has been used in several set including the BNSF and METRO liner to run the wiring for the lights. To run the series of wiring as shown you will have to build a similar conduit using bricks with off set plates or a one brick wide space.

Unfortunately the baseplates only sit on LEGO bricks and don’t attach to the
bricks.  You can over come this problem by building slightly above the base
plates on the side and connecting a brick or plate at the corner studs on top of
the baseplates.

There are a number of large displays that use these methods at train shows. If
you search BrickShelf you can find some photos. I hope this helps.
