Once a year the Malkara School has a Model Railway exhibition as their major fund raising event. I have again been invited to exhibit my Lego trains (Bodville). Its quite an interesting outing to drag the kids along to, so if your near Garan on (...) (17 years ago, 2-Aug-07, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Sounds like a great event! What are the admission charges? I've been involved in a similar type of model railway exhibition for about 12 years, they can be a good fund raiser, and are a great way to introduce people to the hobby. X-posted to (...) (...) To be honest I don't really know, they let me in for free......lol I am lucky in that the mindstorm runs all the trains, so it gives me plenty of time to talk to people. The story behind this video starts with me wining an Ebay auction for a MindStorm set for a sweet price. My Uncle opened the set for the first time the night before Malkara to get him in a Lego mood. A couple of hours later he had the robot made (...) (17 years ago, 8-Aug-07, to lugnet.trains)
