How about Ed Woodings version? Although not in Lego, it is a absolute
work of art... http://users.rcn.com/borders/woodings/

Very nice work. I had not seen that. Thanks for linking the pics.
It definitely helps show the details of the PRR T1, and gives me more ideas
for improvements to my Lego® version once I go to build it.

Per above, I have added a bit more detailing to my LDD model. I added side
steps and rails to the cabs side doors. I extended the tender and added an
access ladder and some marklights on the back... I would ideally use 1X3 smooth
curves on the top of the cab, but theyre not in LDD...
Im still trying to re-work the cow-catcher; I decided to add the piston
housings for the front drive-wheel pair on outside (eventhough under the shroud
in reality) and add a PRR front-plate. There is no 1x1 red flat plate in LDD,
so still deciding how to handle. Also removed the rungs hanging down the sides
of the catcher shroud as I wanted to smooth out the top with flat plates.
...at this point, I think Im ready to build this in reality...
