PNLTC, I think, tears down and builds anew for each show (but they're on
tables, except for a module or two)

GMLTC has a custom trailer that takes custom racks mounted on large
casters. The modules ride on custom lipped tables with folding legs and
heavy duty powerstrips, and the tables slot into the racks, which then
wheel into the trailer (or out, to the show floor)

I can't speak for any of the others. In fact I could be all wet about
PNLTC but I have seen their video that shows them building it all up on
site.
