I was contacted by a representative of LIFE magazine yesterday wanting to
verify some facts from the ILTCO convention in Philly last July. They will
be running some sort of story about the show, and I believe that they will be
using a picture of Ross. There was a photographer there and she took a lot
of pics of Ross, posing him and everything, but we hadn’t thought about it
since. Well, keep an eye out for the “12.1.06 issue” and we’ll all find out
together:-)

My dad got called me this morning. In today’s (Friday, Dec. 1, 2006) Kansas
City Star newspaper there is a LIFE magazine insert which feature an article
about the NMRA LEGO Train Club show. Ross’ name is given. I don’t know all the
details, but from my dad’s description Ross is pictured along with a few photos
of the train layout.
Perhaps this LIFE insert appears in other newspapers across the USA?
I will be checking out the Albuquerque Journal for such an insert.
