Sorry, I'm a week behind reading LUGNET.

Jeremy Dailey <jpdailey@ne.mediaone.net> had said:

I bought one.  In its existing configuration, though, two of the three
trains I have (#4559 and #4565) don't clear the side of the overhead
"crane".  I think the tracks that the overhead crane run in need to be
moved
out two or three studs to decently clear without toppling the unit.

Which items have problems clearing the side of the overhead crane?  (That
is, assuming that you are using models as originally released or their
alternates, and not MOCs!)

I had this problem with a few train cars (in either standard configuration
or in alternate models), and solved it by adding either one piece of
straight (and shifting the track on the road plate 1/2 track) or two pieces
of straight track to make a longer approach.

On the other hand, if you've created something special and wider, this
trick may not work.
