Lots of christmas trees this year. Here is one with a twist - it has a LEGO
space theme featuring sets from the LEGO Space/Discovery lineup.
PNLTC also had a 25' x 13' layout at the festival.
The tree features:
a large LEGO globe as a tree topper
a space shuttle train with santa on top
A 4' tall Saturn 5 rocket
A memorial to the columbia astronauts
Pictures can be found at:

The tree was auctioned off for $5000 with the proceeds going to the local
children's hospital.
Enjoy.

| (...) Nice job Ben. It's cool to see the LEGO clubs around the country taking part in the various FoTs. I'm guessing it was quite a task to get that globe to sit steady on top of the tree. jt ---...--- James J. Trobaugh North Georgia LEGO Train Club (...)
