I'd say it's a 30 to 90 ton Whitcomb industrial switcher with a electrical
drive system. It also looks like a non side rods version. Cool little
critter... where is it?

Trenton FL, at the very west end of the Florida West Coast RR tracks. FWCRR is
a short line that connects to CSX at Newberry (about 15 mi of track). They used
to go beyond Trenton to Cross City, and maybe to Chiefland, but that track was
abandoned about 6 years ago.

I have some more pics of various odds and ends that the owner has on the siding
there, I'll post links to them later tonight.
