Yep - this has been discussed before and it does look like it would make a
great part for Lego Trains.
The best thing is that it is also available in Orange and yellow in the Jack
Stone type models;

I think I also saw a leaked JS set that had it in green, but that was a
while ago and the color may have changed.
The only thing I would say about this piece, is that it looks like the roof
slope is part of the same piece, which could limit it's usefulness somewhat,
but hey, it's always nice to get new train parts anyway!
