  Inferior bricks in 10025
 
I was building my new 10025's, just delivered today, and notice the bricks, (URL) are poorly molded. They are softer and not nearly as crisply molded as the other bricks. They are not what I expect from Lego. Just a thought. Bert Waters (22 years ago, 13-Sep-02, to lugnet.trains)

Hi all, Did I miss an anouncement? Kinda suprised no-one else has seen this yet, but toysRUs.com have a new LEGO train set - 4535 available for $180. It looks pretty much like the KTR02 set that LEGO S@H do, except it has extra pieces AND MINIFIGS! (...) (22 years ago, 13-Sep-02, to lugnet.trains)

The mutilation is not the tubing cutting, it is in taking the wheel off the car steering wheel part as the nub on the base is heat formed to hold the wheel on, it's not intended to be removed. (...) Some Technic sets require the cutting of flex tubing. This page of Set 8459 - Pneumatic Front End Loader instructions shows what the various lengths are needed to cut the long pieces included in the box into: (URL) Bob (22 years ago, 12-Sep-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.trains)
