(...) Mutilating is such a harsh word;-) What he actually did was to simply remove the wheel from the car steering wheel element and attached it onto a section of flexible technic tubing. As a follow-up to Thomas Burger's signal-design: herewith a modern one, as seen on the railwaystation from Nijmegen-the Netherlands. Ross has been at it again: (URL) yellow hopper is modeled after an HO Peabody hopper that was given to Ross as a boy-- he carried it everywhere. Then he built red and black versions. The micro-tank is the influence of Dan Siskind and the video game (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.trains, lugnet.town) !

I see there is to be a Lego Train display at the National Model Railway Show at the NEC on the 30th Nov / 1st Dec. Does anybody know who's organising it or is anybody planning to attend? You're better off ordering 2 10025s and 3 10022s for the package price of $148. Use catalog code TS022 to get the "5 cars for $148" deal. When you enter teh TS022 Catalog Code in the Shopping Cart, it will change the price of the cars to $29.60 (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.trains)
