Will a 9v engine work on 12/4.5v track if it has a 9v battery box attached
to it?

| (...) Yes it will run just fine on the older 12/4.5v track. The only problem you will have is the 9v motor will run at full speed. So it wont stay on the track at all. Dave PNLTC (22 years ago, 27-Aug-02, to lugnet.trains)
