I think you would be hard pressed to get much more than $10-$15 for the
regulator. While it lists for $42, no one in their right mind would pay
that much for it. There are a bunch on BrickLink right now, the cheapest
being $4.22, the most expensive $45.

I have never seen a 4561 (or any other train) at K-Mart before. I've seen
them at Wal-Mart and the cheapest I saw them on clearance there was $90.
