I have completed two of the three SD40T-2 Rio Grande Engines I'm building,
as soon as I get the back ordered decals I'll finish number three.

For now here are a few shots of the two of them together:

JT, this is the one I saw you working on when we met, right? Well, I recognize it and it looks great, what a nice train! Realy good looking design. Good deal. e (22 years ago, 27-Jun-02, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Hello James, these are really impressive models. I love the 'snotted' cab-windows and the overall appearence of these impressive engines. Cool work and excellent photography (nothing is better than daylight)! Leg Godt! Ben (22 years ago, 28-Jun-02, to lugnet.trains)

Wow, James they look great! Super job on the cab design of these units, I will have to play with this idea. Build on... Robin Werner GFLTC (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jul-02, to lugnet.trains)
