Check your shipment packaging carefully before you discard it. The separate
package referred to (in many posts prior to yours, but this group is quite
overwhelming to read lately, so you may not have taken the time to browse
before posting) which contains the "as shown" colors for the parts used as
handrails is quite small and easy to lose track of.
Speculation: LEGO(r) at some point may well stop including this pack as
there is verbiage on the invoice that "not all parts may be exactly as
shown" which is boilerplate for "we are not fixing this"... Who knows?
