There is a big difference between unveiling the reissuse of the Metroliner
and the introduction of a totally NEW set. No one has seen the Santa Fe
Super Chief (Item #: 10020). People are already salivating to know what
features are emphasized and what parts are included in the Lego rendition of
the Santa Fe Super Chief. (as well as who the designer is... Could anyone
here at Lugnet be involved also?)
The intial "surprise" maybe gone, but IF so, it has been replaced by an
eager anticipation to delve the details. It may lead to a more fruitful
discussion with Mr. Justus, if people aren't so taken by surprise. More
thoughtful consideration can be given to questions asked and perhaps even
more topics can be covered in a limited amount of time. I, for one, am
looking even more forward to hearing reports of all the wonderous happenings
slated for BricksWest™ 2002 now that I suspect this is one of the things to
be revealed. It kind of shares the excitement of "the Event" with those of
us that are not so fortuante as to be able to attend.
BricksWest™ 2002 ... the excitement builds!
Have fun Everyone! (and remember the stay-at-homes... lots of pictures and
prose please!)
travel safely!
