     We plan on setting up a loop at the local coliseum and going around the outer concourse, so no there will be no curves in the layout! That means LEGO has 2 radii ~14" and 1000' :) SteveB (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.trains)

   (...) better. And make the bogies longer. This'll allow you to have the pivot point nearer the center, and still have the coupling not too far from the wheels. And the pivot point doesn't have to be in the middle of the bogie, either.... ROSCO (23 years ago, 8-Sep-01, to lugnet.trains)
