Hi All,
While at LEGOLAND we found that there was a stand selling bulk LEGO pen
elements. These happen to have a stud on top and "tube" on the bottom, they
are a "step" bigger that a minifig head. However they're not an even
multiple plate height. It works out to be 6 pen eles to 7 bricks... or
something like that...
The Clear (or Pearl) iridescent ones make great street light globes and the
black ones and other primary colors are nice accent elements. Jon Rasmussen
of PNLTC used orange ones in his farm fields as pumpkins. They were
instantly recognizable to the visitors!
