In order to create an awe-inspiring 9v layout, we're going to need some more
9v track.  From local volunteers we have approximately 600+ pieces, but
given the size of the room (about 60' x 60') we have room for plenty more.

So, if you are able, please bring some 9v track to use in our layout.  Our
priorities would be, in this order:

Straights
Points
Curves + Crossovers

Be sure to mark your track somehow (masking tape on the bottom with your
initials on it, a distinctive sticker of some sort, or using permanent
marker, if you can stomach that).  This can be tedious, but we believe it to
be necessary to ensure you get your track back and to avoid disputes at
teardown time.

Setup will begin on Friday and continue through Saturday.  We,
unfortunately, do not have the train room for Sunday, so the layout will
have to be disassembled and all track and MOCs removed by Saturday night.

And now for the disclaimer...
Keep in mind that there will be multiple people helping with setup and
teardown.  As such, WAMALUG and BrickFest can't be responsible for anything
that happens to your track.  I think the risk of loss or damage is very
minimal, but it does exist (I was not at Brickfest last year, so that is
supposition on my part).
